Construction Monitoring
Construction Monitoring services are designed to inform a property owner about the integrity and quality of ongoing construction activities. Cole and Associates will monitor the consistency and quality of such project components as

  • Project Specifications
  • Budgetary Considerations
  • Work Schedules/Project Timelines

Cole and Associates provides an administrative construction management service, also known as Construction Monitoring or Owners Representative. Cole and Associates acts as a third-party guard, protecting an owner's interest in a construction project.

We will also make sure the work is meeting the requirements set forth in the contract between the Owner and the Contractor.
